CANTAGALLI FARM SERVICES
The Cantagalli farmhouse offers detached entrance apartments set in a carefully renovated structure with wooden beamed ceilings, equipped with a fireplace, small safe, mosquito nets and doorways to the windows, table and chairs in wood, sofa, cupboard, rustic-style furnished rooms with poor art.
BAGNI WITH DOCCIA AND ASCIUGACAPELLI
All bathrooms are equipped with a sink, cup, bidet and shower. A hairdryer is available in each bathroom and there is a mat, a dustbin, coat hangers and sanitary supplies. The linen provided for each person consists of a towel, a towel and a towel.

Kitchen
All the apartments are equipped with a fully equipped full kitchen with electric oven, 4 gas fires, dishwasher (excluding the secluded two-bedroom), fridge column, small microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee mocha and complete with dishes to cook and enjoy the best dishes of the Tuscan tradition.
Heating
All apartments are equipped, for the winter perido, autonomous heating with manual electric thermoconvectors that guarantee a temperature of 18/20 degrees. There is also an autonomous heating system with gas boiler with temperature adjustable by ambient thermostat, available on demand with extra cost calculated according to gas consumption.
AIR CONDITIONING
In summer the property is equipped with an air conditioning system.
INTERNET Wi-Fi
Nature and technology at the service of a holiday where there is nothing missing. The internet connection is available throughout the property through the Wi-Fi system active H24 and totally free. We provide the password on arrival.
ACCESSIBLE FOR THE PROSENTS
All apartments are on the ground floor and are easily accessible to everyone. Only the three-room apartment has a bathroom partially adapted to the needs of the disabled (toilet cup with shower, floor-level shower with seat and ample room for manoeuvre)
Washing machine
Guests are free to have a shared washing machine with a stretcher, axle and iron
OPEN SPAZZI
The company is located in a protected area (Natural Park of the Val d'Orcia declared in 2004 A Unesco World Heritage Site) and a large natural area is available among the olive trees with panoramic views.
PARKING
Unguarded outdoor parchegio. There are no particular risks as the entire area that houses the property is fenced off, however it is advisable to lock the cars, inserting the anti-theft ... prudence is never too much!
ANIMALS
We do not have a facility equipped to accommodate the animals. Animals are not normally allowed, but are accepted as long as they are arranged by guests outside the property
EXCURSONS TO PIEDI AND BICICLETTA
The territory of Val d'Orcia offers a multitude of hiking itineraries. A Mountain Bike rental is available in San Quirico d'Orcia (a 5-minute walk away).
DEDISTATION AND SALE OF CORPORATE PRODUCTS
The company produces extra virgin olive oil IGP Tuscan. Production is limited as there are only 228 olive plants. The tasting of the oil we can guarantee it at any time of the year while the sale is made only by reservation by November 1 of each year

INFORMATION
For each booking, the apartment corresponding to the number of guests will be made available.
Children and extra beds. Additional beds and cots are available in addition to the normal accommodations in the beds available in each apartment.
The price includes consumption (water, light and gas) use of the kitchen (dishes, plates and glasses will be delivered on your arrival ), change of weekly linen and final cleaning of the apartment.
They are not included in the price:
- the daily cleaning of the apartment, the daily refurbishment of the rooms, the preparation of breakfast and meals
- the residence tax, set up by the City of San Quirico d'Orcia, equal to 1.00 euros per day for every person over the age of 14
BOOKING CONFERMA
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount or the full amount in case of staying for one night. It is possible to book by bank transfer. The balance of the stay will be paid the day before departure. Delayed arrival and early departure do not qualify for any refund.
After a 24-hour delay on the expected arrival, if no communication is made, the Management will be authorized to cancel the booking
In all cases of cancellation of the booking or waiver, the deposit paid will be fully withheld.
EARLY START
In the case of an early departure the deposit, if it is more than the cost of the stay actually used, will be fully withheld and during the peak season the total amount of the booked stay must be paid.
INTERNAL REGULATION
Upon arrival, each guest is asked to hand over an ID and complete all the registration formalities.
The guest is required to respect the rooms, equipment and furnishings that are located in the farmhouse. Any damages will be charged.
Guests are encouraged to adopt a behavior respectful of the quiet and relaxation of other guests. Loud noises, radios, radios, loud televisions are strictly prohibited.
Silence must be observed from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and after 24 p.m. Guests who do not comply with the rules of the regulation, or who will give rise to discussions to disturb the quiet will be removed from the farm.
It is forbidden to throw in the toilet materials that can cuse the drains, in articulating sanitary pads
Complaints or complaints must be disclosed before departure in writing with a counter-signed receipt.
